ToshaPOS is a product of AgriTosha Limited, a company registered in Kenya and operating in Western Kenya. When you apply for the ToshaPOS pilot, you are sharing your information with AgriTosha Limited.

What we collect
When you submit the pilot application form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your WhatsApp number or phone number
- Your business name
- Your town or location
- The number of staff in your shop
We do not collect any payment information, ID numbers, or sensitive personal data at this stage.
Why we collect it
We collect this information solely to:
- Review your application for the ToshaPOS pilot program
- Contact you via WhatsApp to confirm or discuss your application
- Understand the size and location of shops applying, so we can plan onboarding
We will not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.
Who sees your information
Your information is seen only by the AgriTosha Limited team involved in the ToshaPOS pilot. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party.
How we store it
Applications are stored securely and accessed only by authorised team members. When the ToshaPOS platform goes live, data will be stored on secured servers in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
